REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Conference registration fees, minus a $50 administrative fee, are refundable only if written notice is received by the Midwest HIMSS Chapters on or before October 1st. Registrations and cancellations received after October 1st are non-refundable. You may not reinstate a cancellation after you cancel it. Substitutions are allowed from the same company only and if the registration is of the same status (member or non-member). HIMSS Membership fees are not refundable, and they are non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 60 days post conference.
